No nation reconstruction is possible without the active cooperation of the teacher.” – John Adams The multi-faceted role of a teacher involves academic, social and pedagogical aspects. They are the facilitators of learning who encourages the students to achieve higher goals in life. They are the producers of all future officers, ministers, doctors and many more. In DIET Uttar Dinajpur Second Campus, we train pre-service trainees in all respects, keeping in mind that they are the representatives of society, who are going to impart morality, values and wisdom to the students that will help the youth to battle the hardships of life with utmost
calmness and intellect. Thus in order to develop a valuable and developing nation, the role of teacher must be valued, appreciated and admired as without teachers, a nation would be like a tree without its Gardener who nourish the sapling(a child) into a fruitful tree(educate and intellectual citizens).
